Yesterday Joe took up residence in a 52 week school through tripartite funding initiated by Social Services. The LEA have insisted that they will follow and amend the Statement in view of this. This will render the adjourned Tribunal hearing unneccessary.It was particularly difficult towards the end with the social services placement [it certainly opened SS eyes].Thank you for your professional input into our fight against the authorities, it was a fight that we new we had to win as a successful placement would determine Joe's quality of life.
